The library is a very important part of our school and the librarians work closely with teaching staff to ensure that the stock is kept relevant, up-to-date and supports both the requirements of the curriculum and the recreational interests of the pupils.

8am – 4pm (3.30pm on a Friday)

Resources

2900 fiction titles suitable for a wide range of ability levels and interests. We have skinny reads, teen fiction, modern adult fiction, classics, graphic novels, manga and audio books.

3000 non-fiction titles which are used in investigations and research by pupils and staff from a wide range of departments as well as supporting pupils’ recreational interests.

9 PCs for pupil use.

We also have an extensive collection of sheet music and CDs to support the work of Aberdeen City Music School (ACMS).
